ok my PC died and now i have to use my wife's. she has windows 7. i tryed to play TF2 but it freezes up. i can play killing floor and garry's mod but not TF2. any ideas?

That is very odd are all of the drivers up to date and make sure you have the latest dx9 release.

Did you go through through standard procedure?

Update Video Drivers
Update Direct X
Windows Update
Update Bios only if desperate
Google the video card model and tf2 and see if there are any known issues.

Her pc was put together by her friend. i cant get ahold of him to see what he did. is there any way i can look on my pc for the updates ? ill need to know how to get there if so. im not that good on a PC.
